The La Farga Group (LFG) holding was established as a family company, its purpose being to lead, manage and render consultancy services to other companies in the Group, as well as managing their holdings.

LFG comprises La Farga Lacambra, SAU (LFL), La Farga Tub, SL (LFT), La Farga Rod, SLU (LFR) and La Farga Intec (LFI). Independent from the aforementioned companies, La Farga Group created the La Farga Foundation, providing 50% of its founding capital in 2004.
